Qui est Maouloud Alioum ?

Boubakary Maouloud Alioum est un jeune leader originaire de Maroua, au Cameroun, reconnu pour son engagement en faveur de la jeunesse et du développement local. Il est le promoteur de l'initiative Assaweré Derke'en Maroua, un projet socioculturel visant à valoriser les talents locaux et à sensibiliser la communauté aux défis auxquels la jeunesse est confrontée.

🎯 Objectifs de l'initiative Assaweré Derke'en Maroua

L'objectif principal de ce projet est d'attirer l'attention du public sur les problèmes rencontrés par la jeunesse, en organisant des événements culturels et éducatifs qui mettent en lumière les talents locaux et encouragent la participation communautaire.

🏅 Reconnaissance et engagements

En reconnaissance de son engagement, Maouloud Alioum a été nommé point focal pour la jeunesse dans la région du Diamaré. Il a également occupé le poste de Chargé des Études en sciences exactes à la commission nationale pour l'UNESCO, avant d'être nommé à un poste de responsabilité au sein de l'administration locale.

Avant 2019 Assawéré Derke'en fonctionnait sans le PCO, c'est à partir du 2019 que le comité d'organisation a ajouté ce poste pour mieux structurer le déroulement des activités du dit festival.

Et depuis 2020, le team manager est ajouté dans le but de faciliter la coopération avant pendant et après, et les préparatifs de l'événement dans son intégralité. Ce poste rend compte au promoteur de toute évolution au millimètre près et réajuste le modèle stratégique en cas d'un aléa. Il est placé entre le promoteur et le PCO
